Biohumus production
Our biohumus production holds in three stages by processing our earthworms' manure.

First stage: Mixing. We prepare substrate (food for earthworms). This is an indoor process during which many different components are mixed together very specifically. This mixture is then placed in stacks for composting (fermentation). The composting takes up to two months. The mass in stacks is mixed at least 8 times. And afterwards, mixed stacks are brought towards the prepared substrate. Eight to Nine stacks are composted at the same time.
In stacks the temperature rises to 70°С which finally turns the compost into eco-friendly and odourless food for our earthworms.

Second stage: Feeding earthworms. Formed beds of substrate are in separate premises. Earthworms in compost beds turn this compost into Biohumus. In order to ensure the quality of our earthworms' production, we make sure that the conditions are adequate and stable, as earthworms are extremely sensitive to any environmental change.
Third stage: Biohumus separation and packing. At this stage raw biohumus is matured, dried and separated. Biohumus is packed in bags, boxes or other packaging for store or sale. Biohumus quality highly depends on this stage.
